Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate delivery of packages to residential and commercial locations across San Antonio
- Maintain strict adherence to delivery routes and schedules provided via GPS tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and handle inquiries professionally
- Safely operate company vehicles and conduct pre/post-trip inspections to ensure compliance
- Load/unload packages with care, verifying contents and documentation before departure
- Report delivery issues, traffic delays, or customer concerns promptly to dispatch team
- Uphold company safety protocols and maintain clean driving record
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and basic delivery tracking systems
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Reliable transportation to and from shift location
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
