Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial locations across Memphis
- Verify delivery addresses and maintain accurate delivery records through our mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly interactions at every stop
- Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and basic operational checks
- Communicate delivery status and exceptions to logistics team in real-time
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols during transit
- Assist with sorting and loading packages at the distribution hub before shifts
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance (or willingness to use company vehicle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and navigate stairs with packages
- Strong time management skills with punctual weekend availability
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and communication
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of Memphis neighborhoods and major routes
