Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail orders across Oakland using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and real-time GPS tracking updates
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly interactions at each delivery point
- Inspect and maintain assigned vehicle (fuel, cleanliness, minor maintenance checks)
- Coordinate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and timing
- Handle cash transactions and digital payments accurately
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and navigate stairs
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS and communication apps
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Reliable transportation to our Oakland hub
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 10am-6pm)
- Pass background check and drug screening
