Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations throughout Milwaukee
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Assist with loading/unloading packages using proper lifting techniques
- Communicate delivery status updates and delays to dispatch team
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Milwaukee area streets and navigation
- Reliable smartphone with GPS capability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic math skills for delivery confirmation and inventory tracking
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 6am-6pm)
