Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on dedicated regional routes within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and company safety protocols
- Perform pre-trip inspections, basic maintenance checks, and report vehicle issues promptly
- Deliver freight to commercial and residential locations with exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging systems
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize route efficiency and on-time performance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Strong knowledge of Texas roadways and ability to navigate metropolitan areas
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading/unloading equipment
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD) and basic navigation technology
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
