Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations across Louisville
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with recipients
- Load/unload packages with care, ensuring zero damage to goods
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain required signatures
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with minimum 1 year of clean driving record
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Louisville streets and neighborhoods
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Reliable smartphone with data plan for navigation updates
- Flexible availability to work Saturdays and Sundays
