Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial addresses within designated routes
- Verify delivery accuracy using scanning technology and customer signatures
- Maintain clean, organized delivery vehicles with daily inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Manage delivery logistics using GPS navigation systems
- Report delivery issues or customer feedback to operations team
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and communication
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of El Paso streets and neighborhoods
