Responsibilities
- Execute safe and efficient package deliveries across Colorado Springs and surrounding areas
- Utilize GPS technology to optimize routes and meet strict delivery time windows
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Safely load/unload packages and conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status updates via mobile app
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or ability to use company-provided vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
