Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Chicago
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via our mobile app
- Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and functionality daily
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Manage time effectively to meet delivery windows and optimize routes
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution center
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS and app navigation
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong familiarity with Chicago neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability is mandatory (Sat/Sun 8am-6pm)
