Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within Charlotte metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes
- Manage inventory and handle customer returns/exchanges
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Charlotte streets and GPS navigation
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays, 8am-6pm)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Reliable smartphone with data plan
- Pass background check and drug screening
