Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial locations across Austin
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and route optimization using our mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and handle inquiries professionally
- Inspect and maintain assigned delivery vehicle (e.g., check fuel, tire pressure, cleanliness)
- Adhere to all traffic laws and SwiftLogics safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch in real-time
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at distribution center
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or ability to use company-provided scooter/van
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs/curbs
- Strong knowledge of Austin geography and navigation apps
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts 8AM-8PM)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking
- Positive attitude and commitment to punctuality
- Background check and drug test clearance required
