Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food items to residential and commercial addresses within Washington DC
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our proprietary mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly interactions at every delivery point
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely weekend deliveries during peak hours
- Handle cash transactions and payment processing when required
- Adhere to all DC traffic regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid DC driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and navigate stairs
