- Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to customers across San Jose using company vehicles or personal transportation
- Maintain exceptional customer service through timely deliveries and friendly interactions
- Verify order accuracy and handle payment transactions securely
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely arrivals
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status
- Perform vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of delivery or driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Smartphone proficiency with navigation apps
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible hours
