Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial locations across Raleigh
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our mobile app system
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions, including order confirmations and issue resolution
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational safety
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize routes and handle delivery exceptions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with warehouse duties when not actively delivering (loading/unloading, inventory checks)
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience (commercial or delivery preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of Raleigh area roads and navigation systems (GPS experience required)
- Excellent time management skills with ability to meet strict delivery windows
- Professional communication skills and customer service orientation
- Reliable transportation to/from our Raleigh depot
- Availability to work both weekend days (Sat/Sun) with potential holiday shifts
