Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and goods to residential and commercial locations across Virginia Beach
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure safe operating conditions
- Adapt to dynamic delivery routes using GPS navigation systems
- Communicate delivery status and delays to dispatch team
- Uphold company safety standards and local traffic regulations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts
- Strong knowledge of Virginia Beach neighborhoods and major roads
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 6am-6pm)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Customer service experience preferred
