Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for weekend deliveries
- Complete multi-stop routes in Omaha metro and surrounding areas
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route navigation
- Ensure proper loading/unloading of freight with teamwork
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Represent Omaha Express Logistics with professional conduct
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and HOS compliance
- Basic navigation skills (GPS experience preferred)
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be available for Friday-Sunday schedule
