Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles for local and regional deliveries
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Secure cargo and ensure proper handling of temperature-sensitive materials
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable truck driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during loading/unloading
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Fresno metro area and Central Valley routes
- Flexibility for early weekend shifts (4 AM starts)
- Basic familiarity with GPS navigation systems
