Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technology vision, identifying key milestones and innovations for the 2026 fiscal cycle.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee research and development in emerging fields, including quantum integration and advanced neural networks.
- Bridge Innovation & Execution: Collaborate with engineering teams to translate high-level visionary concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and forge partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers to stay ahead of the curve.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex future technologies to C-suite executives, investors, and the public to secure buy-in and funding.
- Patent & IP Strategy: Spearhead the identification and filing of patents for next-generation systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 15+ years in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a C-level or VP-level capacity.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing principles.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of predicting market trends and successfully launching forward-looking products.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly innovative, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
