Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vans to deliver packages and goods on time
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation systems
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Assist with loading/unloading cargo and verify delivery documentation
- Maintain clean and organized vehicle interior/exterior
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class D Driver's License with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Chicago metropolitan area
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings
- High school diploma or equivalent required
