Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and legally in accordance with DOT and company regulations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo securely using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and adhere to all hours-of-service rules.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and issues.
- Ensure the cargo is protected and the vehicle is kept clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or Class B required.
- Must possess a clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
