Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans for deliveries across the Atlanta metropolitan area
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely arrivals
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques and security protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain required client signatures
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly during loading/unloading
- Proficient with mobile delivery apps and GPS navigation systems
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
