Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans for local deliveries across San Antonio
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology to meet tight deadlines
- Load/unload cargo with proper securing techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain client signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance reports
- Communicate delivery status via mobile dispatch system
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license (Class B CDL preferred)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of San Antonio metro area
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
