As a Van Driver, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our clients receive their packages safely and on time.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks before and after routes.
- Load and unload cargo safely, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing items.
- Deliver goods to residential and commercial locations in the Memphis metro area efficiently.
- Maintain accurate logs of delivery times and customer signatures.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or equivalent driving experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional driving experience in a van or light truck.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong physical stamina to lift packages up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning software.
