Responsibilities
- Operate delivery vans safely and efficiently throughout the Miami-Dade area and surrounding regions.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are securely fastened and handled with care to prevent damage.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical condition of the vehicle, reporting any issues immediately.
- Interact professionally with clients and customers, providing a high level of service.
- Plan the most efficient routes to meet delivery deadlines and optimize fuel consumption.
- Complete daily delivery logs and vehicle inspection reports accurately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License (CDL not required, but must be clean).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and roadside safety.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet strict schedules.
- Physical ability to lift boxes, packages, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must be available for full-time hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
