Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers and cargo using company vans while adhering to all DC traffic regulations
- Plan efficient routes through metropolitan DC area, including traffic and construction zones
- Maintain meticulous vehicle cleanliness and conduct daily safety inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse clientele including government officials and corporate executives
- Complete accurate delivery logs and paperwork with strict attention to detail
- Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs across DC metropolitan area
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and security protocols for sensitive cargo/passengers
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years commercial driving experience with clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations)
- Valid Class C Driver's License with clean abstract and required DC endorsements
- Thorough knowledge of Washington DC geography and traffic patterns
- Ability to pass federal background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to load/unload cargo (up to 50 lbs)
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
