Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver packages and materials across Seattle metropolitan area
- Plan efficient daily routes using GPS navigation to meet delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Familiarity with Seattle neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route apps
