Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vans for package and goods delivery throughout Seattle metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking systems
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes for efficient delivery times using GPS technology
- Handle and secure specialized cargo as per company protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time delivery updates
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Commercial Driver's License (Class B) or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Seattle roadways and traffic patterns
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
- Proficient with mobile navigation apps and delivery tracking systems
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
