Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport packages, equipment, and personnel
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes using GPS navigation systems
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each route
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and client interactions
- Coordinate with dispatch team to optimize route efficiency and on-time performance
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C Driver's License with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shifts
- Strong knowledge of San Jose metropolitan area and surrounding regions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic proficiency with mobile technology and route navigation apps
