Responsibilities
- Safely operate 15-passenger vans for daily deliveries to tech campuses and distribution centers
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation to meet tight delivery windows
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques for sensitive equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic manifests
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during on-site deliveries
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C Driver's License with clean MVR (3+ years driving experience)
- DOT medical certification and ability to pass background check
- Proven experience with commercial vehicle operation and route planning
- Strong time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during loading/unloading
- Basic proficiency with digital delivery tracking systems
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Flexibility for early morning start times (4:00 AM - 6:00 AM)
