Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver packages on time across San Francisco
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology to minimize transit time
- Load/unload packages with attention to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Familiarity with San Francisco geography and traffic patterns
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation
