Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver/pickup packages on scheduled routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for route adjustments and client communications
- Ensure cargo security and proper handling of temperature-sensitive items
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record (minimum 2 years)
- CDL Class B or C certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong navigation skills and knowledge of Philadelphia area
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route apps
