Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles (15-passenger vans or box trucks) following DOT regulations
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes using GPS navigation
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork for inventory tracking
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and pickups
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and defensive driving practices
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts
- Strong knowledge of Atlanta metropolitan area roadways
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy for route navigation systems
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
