Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans for timely deliveries in Long Beach metro area
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology to optimize fuel and time
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean 3-year driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Long Beach roadways and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Basic proficiency with delivery tracking systems
