Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver packages and goods throughout Portland and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report any vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries
- Handle loading/unloading of packages with proper safety protocols
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon Class C driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Previous commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Portland area streets and traffic patterns
- Basic navigation skills and smartphone proficiency
