Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to transport passengers and packages on scheduled routes
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, deliveries, and passenger manifests
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist passengers with boarding/disability accommodations as needed
- Coordinate with dispatch team for route adjustments and customer communications
- Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and mechanically operational
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger endorsement
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in 5 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Minneapolis metro area geography
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
