Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver packages and goods throughout Milwaukee metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients regarding delivery status
- Load/unload cargo efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Assist with route optimization to meet delivery deadlines
- Represent SwiftHaul Logistics with professionalism in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL license or non-CDL van driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and maneuver packages safely
- Strong knowledge of Milwaukee streets and surrounding areas
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic math abilities for delivery verification and inventory
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
