Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vans and vans to designated locations throughout Mesa and surrounding areas.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently, ensuring items are secured and protected during transport.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, manifests, and delivery receipts.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Interact professionally with customers at delivery sites, handling any concerns with courtesy.
- Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred; however, a clean driving record with a standard Class C license may be considered for specific roles.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong knowledge of Mesa, AZ geography and local street patterns.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency for logging and digital paperwork.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
