Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to transport passengers or goods on assigned routes
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and pre-trip safety checks
- Maintain accurate delivery/pickup logs and documentation
- Provide outstanding customer service to passengers and clients
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for route adjustments and scheduling
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Report maintenance issues and ensure vehicle cleanliness
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee Commercial Driver's License (Class B) with passenger endorsement
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of Memphis area roadways and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic proficiency in GPS navigation systems
