Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver products and materials across San Diego County
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Class B CDL preferred but not required for non-CDL routes
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of San Diego area and surrounding regions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for route navigation tools
