Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vans on assigned local routes in and around the Kansas City metro area.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate safety equipment and techniques.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety.
- Interact professionally with customers to resolve delivery issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Accurately complete delivery logs, mileage reports, and delivery receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized cab and cargo area.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience in a commercial or delivery capacity.
- Current, clean driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer proficiency for logging deliveries.
- Strong time management and navigation skills.
