Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vans and delivery trucks on assigned routes.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently, ensuring proper handling of packages.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and communicate any delays or issues immediately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients during drop-offs.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred but not required for local routes.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit and able to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and mobile apps.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
