Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vans and delivery trucks on designated routes throughout Jacksonville and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload cargo using hand trucks or dollies, ensuring all items are secured properly.
- Verify delivery contents against manifests and obtain customer signatures upon receipt.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior; perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any delivery issues professionally.
- Update digital delivery logs and communicate delays immediately to dispatch.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class B or equivalent) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
