Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vans to deliver packages and goods to designated locations in the Houston metropolitan area.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently, ensuring all items are secured and accounted for.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to maintain a clean driving record.
- Interact professionally with customers, handling inquiries and feedback with a positive attitude.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to ensure the van is in optimal condition.
- Complete daily logs and paperwork accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred, but no experience required for the right candidate.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to navigate Houston traffic efficiently.
- Reliable personal transportation to and from the job site.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
