Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vans and box trucks to transport cargo safely and efficiently.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload merchandise, ensuring proper securing and handling of goods.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer signatures.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or equivalent endorsement.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of driving experience in a similar role.
- Clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during the shift.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Basic computer proficiency for electronic logging devices (ELD).
