Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver goods and materials across Portland metro area
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology to meet delivery deadlines
- Verify shipment documentation and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon Class C Driver's License with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during loading/unloading
- Strong knowledge of Portland streets and metro area
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for using delivery tracking systems
