Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver packages and materials on assigned routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Load and unload cargo securely using proper handling techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adapt routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle damage promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Houston metropolitan area geography
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
- Basic computer literacy for digital documentation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime during peak seasons
