Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver packages and goods on scheduled routes throughout El Paso
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures upon receipt
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to strict traffic laws and defensive driving practices
- Communicate delivery status to dispatch and resolve customer inquiries
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries while prioritizing safety
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of El Paso streets and surrounding areas
- DOT medical certification preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for digital delivery tracking
