Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vans and box trucks on assigned local delivery routes.
- Load and unload cargo with attention to detail to prevent damage.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Interact professionally with customers and warehouse personnel.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork.
- Ensure the vehicle remains clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience driving delivery vans or box trucks (1+ years preferred).
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly without assistance.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate complex city routes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
