Responsibilities
- Safely operate 15-passenger vans for daily delivery routes in San Jose and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic manifests using company tablets
- Load/unload cargo with proper lifting techniques and securement protocols
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during client deliveries
- Adapt routes efficiently using GPS navigation and traffic monitoring
- Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety policies
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Professional communication skills in English
- Flexibility for early morning/late evening shifts
