Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vans and light trucks to transport goods to and from designated locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently, ensuring proper securing to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickups and drop-offs.
- Report any vehicle maintenance needs or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of driving experience in a commercial or logistics environment.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with navigation systems and route planning software.
- Strong adherence to safety protocols and excellent time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
